We had many problems with our self-developed software in one area of our company. This led to a bad atmosphere and stress. Through the coaching, the root causes of the problems were identified, knowledge and skills were developed, and the problems were sustainably resolved.

We have trusted the ASE Individual Coaching in our company since 2017. Currently (in 2024), 15 people are enrolled in the program. The collaboration with the coaches works excellently, and we are very satisfied with the offering.
