Ich wurde gefordert und immer wieder dazu gebracht, neue Lösungsansätze zu nutzen. So viel habe ich schon lange nicht mehr in einem Jahr gelernt.

Welche Dinge haben sich spezifisch verbessert?

Durch Clean Code, Test Driven Development und neue Ansatzweisen der Problemlösung in der Softwareentwicklung konnten wir nicht nur qualitativ besseren Code schreiben, sondern wir mussten uns (fast) nicht mehr um Bugs kümmern. Das hat den Betrieb der Software deutlich reduziert.

Es ist für mich eine Wohltat, nach dem Erstellen von Unittests den produktiven Code darauf aufzubauen, bis ich mir sicher bin, dass alle Tests / Anforderungen korrekt umgesetzt sind.

Wie gut sind wir und würden Sie uns weiterempfehlen?

Wer gute Softwareprodukte erstellen, sein Team konsequent weiterentwickeln und die Motivation im Team steigern will, ist mit Damir und Christian sehr gut bedient.
